COMMERCIAL QUESTIONS

After activating your account, you will be able to pay via credit card. The expiration date will be based on the purchase date and periodicity. The available periodicities are: monthly or annual.

Cut to Plan accepts transactions in Pound Sterling (GBP) only. In the case of using an international credit card, the charge is also made in GBP and the card’s brand exchanges it for the customer’s currency.

In this case, you will need to create a new password using the “forgot password” link on the login page. If you still cannot access your account, please contact us and we will check your case.

If you would like a unique plan based on your needs, you can email: sales@digif9.co.uk and describe what you need.

If you no longer wish to use the features of your plan, you can do this yourself in Settings, then in My Plan, and cancel your subscription, remember that access to the app will remain active until the end of the grace period of the last payment.

FIRST STEPS

To change your company logo in the app, click on the settings button, then on company and finally send the image in the logo field.

In it you register new projects and manage the projects already registered. There are two ways to register a project, creating one from scratch with title, description and script to be registered or importing a script that already exists in PDF, Fountain, Final Draft or Celtx programs.

On the project page you will find 4 buttons:

Screenplay: Allows you to change data such as the project title and its description, as well as the project script;
Team: Allows you to share access to the project to other people (previously creating a group of permissions) to collaborate with the development of the project;
Download: The App converts the script into PDF and makes it available for download;
Lock: When the script is ready, it’s time to close the project for editing, this feature will allow the app to analyze the script and identify the scenes and characters;

When the project is closed, new features will appear, they are:

Scenes: Allows you to create, edit and/or remove project scenes.
Shot List: You’ll be able to create shots of each scene and define its description, camera types and angles, as well as the estimated production time.
Shooting Schedule: After you make the shot list of the script, you can use this function to define the entire production schedule, sorting it as you see fit and defining lunch times or other activities.
Script Breakdown: Review all the scenes and separate all types of materials you will need in the recording, also define the location of the footage.
Call Sheets: You can create call sheets for all types or for specific contacts, select scenes and get the shooting Schedule, set meeting times and send to recipients.
Budget: After configuring the material rental costs in the settings, on this page you can define the rental costs and the type of cost per day or for the entire project, with this the app will be able to calculate the entire production cost of the project.

Create contacts and the role this contact will play in your projects, define your avatar and email to make it easy to contact him in the system. These contacts can be used in Call Sheets and Calendar.

These are the first settings you will need to make in the app, these settings are necessary to make the experience of using the app more fluid, edit your company information, equipment such as cameras and lenses, manage the groups of system access profiles, note that it is important to create different groups based on the user’s trust that you will give access to the app, and lastly manage your plan, checking the plan details and subscription date.
